No. 4 in the slab vase series, this features a soft green glaze reminiscent of sea-glass, with a diagonal seam of raw, coral-like texture built up piece by piece in warm rust and ochre tones. Each ruffled fragment was individually shaped and applied by hand, layered to catch light and shadow differently.
Its low, curved silhouette makes it equally at home cradling fresh florals or a small dried arrangement, or standing alone as a sculptural object on a shelf or console.
